We’ve rebuilt how our recommendations work – so you see more relevant products and brands wherever you browse.

We fixed an issue where the page could jump after searching – so you now land at the top results every time.
Fixed order minimum issue at checkout
We resolved an issue where order minimums could be bypassed when navigating back and forth during checkout. Orders now correctly enforce supplier minimums – so you’ll only be able to check out with valid cart sizes.

Here’s what’s new for retailers on Airgoods this week.
Improved quick-add while you browse
We’re upgrading the quick add-to-cart experience on marketplace and brand pages. It’s now more minimal and takes up less space on the product image – so you can scan products more easily and build your order faster without needing to go into each product page.
We are testing this feature with some retailers now, and will roll it out to everyone in the future!
Faster, smoother home page recommendations
We’ve improved the performance of recommendation sliders on your home page, making it quicker to see relevant products when you log in.
Smarter Sample Box auto-pick
We’ve updated the Sample Box auto-pick to better reflect your store’s preferences—helping surface products that are more aligned with your assortment.
More accurate shipping pricing
Fixed an issue with shipping profile calculations to ensure you always see the best available shipping rate at checkout.
Improved search in Sample Box page
We’ve made the search bar within the Sample Box page easier to use, so you can find and select products more quickly.

Clearer shipping label error messages
In-platform shipping label creation errors are now displayed more clearly, making it easier to understand what went wrong and resolve it quickly.
More transparent payout breakdowns
We’ve made the shipping portion of your payout breakdown easier to understand – especially if you offer shipping discounts or purchase labels through Airgoods – so you can clearly see how each order payout is calculated.
For example: Here is a scenario where you set a fixed shipping rate of $29.37 and the label cost actually is $29.65:

More reliable payout status updates
We’ve improved how payout processor failures are handled to ensure your payout data in Airgoods remains accurate and up to date.
Smoother refunds and discounts
Adding refunds or discounts to orders is now more reliable, with clearer error messaging if something goes wrong.

New and improved ShipStation integration
We’ve launched a revamped ShipStation integration that’s easier to set up and use. You can add it in the Integrations page in your settings. If you need any help setting it up, email us at support@airgoods.com.

New customer segment creation
You can now create customer segments using a set of filters, including fields like Days since last order and Amount in cart. This makes it easier to target the right retailers at the right time.
Improved local fulfillment experience
Local fulfillment is now easier to find and faster to complete, reducing the number of steps required by 50%!
Mobile navigation improvement
On mobile, the default sidebar view for sellers is now the account navigation – making it quicker to access the tools you use most.
Brand image upload improvements
Updated the My Brand page to support in-platform image cropping and editing during uploads.
Sample box retailer count fix
Fixed an issue where the retailer count on the Airgoods Sample Box page could show inconsistent values.
Here’s what’s new for retailers on Airgoods this week.
Default payment terms
Retailers can now set default payment terms that apply automatically to all orders at checkout. When you change terms on an order, you’ll be prompted to save them as your default. You can update your default terms at anytime in your Payment settings.
Feedback on samples
Retailers can now leave feedback on products they’ve sampled from Airgoods, including items received through the Sample Box Program. Leave feedback on your recent samples in your samples dashboard!
Filtering improvements across the marketplace
We’ve improved the filtering experience across the marketplace and brand pages. Filters now make better use of screen space and are easier to access – especially on mobile.

Checkout loading issue resolved
Fixed an issue where the checkout page could get stuck loading and force you to change tabs.
Email sending issue fixed
Resolved a bug that prevented some New Arrivals and marketing emails from being sent. You should now see these working as expected.
