Skillfully crafted and blended in the United States, each bottle brings a flavor profile that features natural fermentation of the freshest ingredients. All products are vegan, gluten free, preservative free, and corn syrup free. Our Solution Many of East Asia’s best known foods are the result of carefully perfected recipes that ferment raw ingredients with yeasts, molds and bacteria to create wonderful unique flavors. However, the original homemade or artisan versions of these products, often made in a myriad of regional varieties, are increasingly being lost to industrial brands and chemical imitation flavors.
