Geem is based on my childhood trauma of growing up Asian American in the Midwest. It's a third culture kid product -- a crunchy baked seaweed chip with a layer of rice crisps and sesame seeds... a little bit Korean, and a little bit American, just like me :) Seaweed's such an underappreciated Eastern superfood (so good for you and the environment), and I'm glad it's getting the love it deserves now. Our snacks are baked, never fried and never oily. Our chips are thicker and more snackable than the traditional seaweed sheets!
