We make stoneground, small batch made, sunflower seed butters. We lightly roast our sunflower seeds to bring out their best flavor (slightly naturally sweet and buttery tasting). We source our ingredients and packaging locally; as much as possible. Our sunflower seed butters are in 9oz glass jars and are shelf stable; best eaten within one year (no refrigeration required). Our butters are made on equipment only used to make sunflower seed butter! Our sunflower seed butters are a great peanut butter/nut butter substitute in any recipe; use in baking, use as a frosting, make a dressing/marinade, use as a non-dairy creamer, make non-dairy ice cream, add to smoothies/oatmeal/cereals/granola, make a seed “milk”, eat with chocolate chips, use as a keto fat bomb or just off the spoon!
