Meanwhile, Tonya—a lifelong chocolate fanatic —believed that if dessert wasn’t decadent, it wasn’t worth eating. When Gabi’s stuffed chocolate covered dates landed on Tonya’s plate, it was love at first bite. They were that good. So good that Tonya insisted that “These need to exist in the world.” Tonya’s business brain met Gabi’s wellness expertise, and Gato was born. Our goal? To redefine indulgence with treats that taste as good as they make you feel—starting with our nut-butter-stuffed, chocolate-drizzled dates. Vegan, organic, gluten & refined sugar free. And perhaps most importantly - our treats consist of ONLY WHOLE FOODS. Gato is about enjoying food without compromise. It’s about making health feel luxurious and pleasure feel intentional.
