Overview

Description

Tired of orange bitters that taste like candy? Come drink with us. We use three kinds of oranges and give them a boost with classic gentian root and coriander. These belong in your Old Fashioned, with your rum cocktails and in that cold glass of seltzer. 2 fl oz dropper bottles. See the magic happen in this quick, low-proof cocktail: Bamboo Cocktail 1.5 oz Manzanilla sherry 1.5 oz dry vermouth (we like Dolin) 1/2 tsp simple syrup 2" thin lemon peel 7-12 drops PBP Orange Bitters Stir first three ingredients over ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora or coupe glass. Twist lemon peel over, trace rim of glass, and drop in. Finish with bitters and get back to the sunshine.

Portland Bitters ProjectEstablished 2015

We make small batch bitters in a 1920's bungalow in Portland, Ore. Selecting the finest organic botanicals and blending them to get their best and brightest flavors is what we're all about! In our line, you'll find both classic and surprising flavors with outstanding versatility. Use them to wake up cocktails, nearly no-proof drinks, in the kitchen and in the oven, too! Our dropper-top packaging makes it easy to apply these concentrated wonders. Sensible sizing and clever variety packs make them an easy choice for your clientele, too. Birthday, hostess, holiday, housewarming - all these gifts just got a lot easier! Please note - we can only ship international orders via UPS or FedEx (this includes Canada). Portland Bitters Project is not responsible for customs duties or fees that may result from international orders.
