These wines are made from Marsanne grapes sustainably farmed in Northern California. The alcohol is gently removed yielding satisfying and delicious non-alcoholic wines. The Rhône Blanc is bright and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear and white blossoms leading into fresh citrus and stone fruit. A subtle minerality carries through to a crisp, clean finish. The Sparkling Blanc de Rhône pours pale gold with fine, lively bubbles. Delicate floral aromas meet notes of pear, fresh citrus, and stone fruit, with a hint of minerality on the palate. Dry, vibrant, and refreshing, it finishes bright and clean. The base white wines were fermented in stainless steel for a crisp fresh mouthfeel. The red wines age 14 months in French oak barrels before de-alcoholization. The alcohol is gently separated from the wine using advanced technology that retains the wine’s beautiful aromas and flavors.
