Owners, Leland Harmell and Lucas Nipper, discovered black garlic at a local grocery store and fell in love with the ingredient, not only its incredible aroma and flavor but also its amazing health benefits. When they later searched out the product again it was no longer available. “No problem, we’ll just make our own!” After researching the process, they began experimenting in small batches and selling single bulbs at local farmers markets. It was a hit! From there they began Making as much as they could and began selling what they could to a few local grocery stores. Almost IMMEDIATELY the demand was much more than what they could keep up with. They decided to put all their focus into this newfound love and they hit the streets to find local grocery stores and customers that shared their love for QUALITY ingredients.
