This warmer climate Chardonnay showcases a light pale straw colour, pure aromas of summer fruit, with fresh orange and kumquat undertones. Subtle spice from gentle oaking carries through on the palate, bringing about a generous palate weight. The finish is fresh, with lingering balanced acidity. Careful winemaking practices were followed to retain aromatics. Crushed lightly pressed and settled overnight. Fermentation was done with a selected yeast strain at 14 - 16°C.
