Made with organic grapes from California, we gently dealcoholize fully alcoholic Cabernet Sauvignon with our unheated removal method. This preserves aroma, body, and delicate health boosting polyphenols. We don't add juices, water, or concentrates resulting a bold and clean cab for the moments that call for something true. Over 10 months in the making of sourcing, testing, and refining for us to reach our final recipe. Pairs well with steak, bites, and moments you want to cherish.
