Our small batch artisan cheeses are handcrafted in Denver, prioritizing bold flavor and clean, high quality ingredients. We use non-GMO tofu and all our products are gluten-free; most are also nut-free. From our wedges (perfect for snacking and charcuterie) to our meltables (great for pizza and sandwiches), we have something for everyone! Looking for something specific? In addition to our retail-ready individually wrapped cheeses, we can provide bulk blocks for food service or deli counters.
