Outsiders Kitchen + Café opened as a roadside café nestled in the Catskill Mountains of NY in 2017. We loved the café and ran it for two years until a challenging season brought the unexpected loss of a loved one, job changes, and a cancer diagnosis. Flexing our entrepreneurial muscles, we pivoted our plans, dropping the café and becoming, simply, Outsiders Kitchen. When the café was open, we sold our small batch flavored pretzel snacks at the register. Customers would purchase a bag, dig into them in their car, and come right back into the café to purchase more. We knew we might be onto something! Outsiders Kitchen remains a women-owned small biz that creates memorable flavor experiences in pretzel form. Our product line currently features seven uniquely crafted flavors: Hearty sourdough pretzels pieces are tumbled with our signature flavorings and baked in for a satisfying crunch. Sweet + salty is our specialty and we're here to help you get your pretzel fix!
