The story: Winemaker couple Katja and Patrick have been very successful with their alcoholic wines and when Katja was pregnant, they tried every NA Red they could find in Europe. None of them were very desirable so they thought it wouldnt be worth dealcoholizing their premium 98pt rated red: Signio Leonis. But Katja insisted they must try! After getting back the results they immediately knew they had, by far, the best NA Red in the world. They made some adjustments, paid extra for new, expensive aroma capture technology, and ZERONIMO was born shortly after their first child. This is not a "white labeled" bulk wine sourced from some winery looking for a buyer.
