Why does our tinned fish taste so good? Because the fish is good. We own restaurants in NYC, twice named the best in the country by Bon Appetit. We think the home chef deserves great fish like we have access to, and our mission is to bring Minnow to the pantries of America. We source our seafood from a handful of canneries around the world that work locally with sustainable fisheries and farms to pack our product in tins where it’s caught, when it’s caught at the height of the season. Our differentiator is our fish. We keep the rest simple: minimal ingredients with minimal packaging.
