In-platform shipping label creation errors are now displayed more clearly, making it easier to understand what went wrong and resolve it quickly.
More transparent payout breakdowns
We’ve made the shipping portion of your payout breakdown easier to understand – especially if you offer shipping discounts or purchase labels through Airgoods – so you can clearly see how each order payout is calculated.
For example: Here is a scenario where you set a fixed shipping rate of $29.37 and the label cost actually is $29.65:

More reliable payout status updates
We’ve improved how payout processor failures are handled to ensure your payout data in Airgoods remains accurate and up to date.
Smoother refunds and discounts
Adding refunds or discounts to orders is now more reliable, with clearer error messaging if something goes wrong.

New and improved ShipStation integration
We’ve launched a revamped ShipStation integration that’s easier to set up and use. You can add it in the Integrations page in your settings. If you need any help setting it up, email us at support@airgoods.com.

New customer segment creation
You can now create customer segments using a set of filters, including fields like Days since last order and Amount in cart. This makes it easier to target the right retailers at the right time.
Improved local fulfillment experience
Local fulfillment is now easier to find and faster to complete, reducing the number of steps required by 50%!
Mobile navigation improvement
On mobile, the default sidebar view for sellers is now the account navigation – making it quicker to access the tools you use most.
Brand image upload improvements
Updated the My Brand page to support in-platform image cropping and editing during uploads.
Sample box retailer count fix
Fixed an issue where the retailer count on the Airgoods Sample Box page could show inconsistent values.
