Hotpot QueenEstablished 2021

Welcome to Hotpot Queen, where the bold flavors of Sichuan come alive in every bite. Our premium condiments are carefully crafted using the finest regional ingredients, including a unique blend of spicy chilis and numbing Sichuan peppercorns. With every drizzle of our sauces, you'll experience an explosion of mala goodness that's sure to awaken your taste buds and leave you craving more. Hi, my name is Jia. In 1982, five months after I was born, my mother, He Yongzhi, opened Little Swan, a tiny hotpot restaurant that struggled to fit three tables. The venture marked the beginning of the widespread proliferation of "Yuan Yang" mala hotpot, an invention of hers that would become an iconic staple of Sichuan cuisine and cement her legacy as the "Queen of Hotpot". My birthplace, Chongqing, is a bustling city rich with the boldest Sichuan flavors, boisterous personalities, and robust aromatic spices, the essence of which I hope to capture, package, and share with the rest of the world.
