SemiPlume is a dry, complex and refreshing sparkling tea. At first nose, SemiPlume exudes notes of very fruity notes of fig and yellow fruits. After aeration, you can smell beautiful notes of chamomile, toast and butter. The mouth has a very nice round and creamy volume. You will be able to taste the aromatic complexity of butter, delicate fruit, dried flowers and savory. There is a good length with notes of aromatic pepper and citrus. Sommelier Julie Dupouy and SemiPlume Founder and CEO Sabrina Duong wanted to create an elevated alternative to that would appeal to the sober curious, the sophisticated millennials or the health conscious drinker. SemiPlume was founded out of a desire to create a beautiful, non-alcoholic sparkling tea, in the spirit of celebration. “As two young mothers, we have often found ourselves in situations where we’d like to enjoy a delicious drink in good company but weren’t offered a suitable alternative to the wine and cocktails being served.” “Drawing on our expertise as beverage professionals and experience crafting and launching Exsto Cognac together, we have created a unique, sophisticated alternative to Champagne from a unique blend of teas.
