Saturday Sauce is a tomato-based sauce that's inspired by a family recipe. Saturday Sauce is made with fresh vegetables, select organic ingredients (over 70% organic) chosen based on Environmental Working Group's Dirty Dozen, is naturally vegan and gluten free, and is an absolutely delicious pantry staple. This matbucha is typically used to make Shakshuka but it pairs well with so many other dishes like fish and meat, grains and veggies, soups and stews, and so much more. It can be used as a dip, condiment, spread, topping, or marinade.
