Inspired my 90 year old Mom, Trueheart, she is the heart of our brand- I started making her signature “hot mustard” during COVID and shared it with my friends. Encouraged by the enthusiastic feedback and requests for more, I saw an opportunity to honor my mother’s legacy and bring a piece of our family’s table to others. Each small batch is made with simple, clean, quality ingredients.The result is a mustard that’s sweet and tangy up front, with a gentle heat that lingers just enough to keep you coming back. What’s most unique about our mustard is its velvety consistency.
