Description

Jamaican jerk botanicals in bitters? That’s crazy. Crazy good! Leave it to us to tinker with pimento – also known as allspice – and capture the essence of a berry that’s been used in drinks since the ancient Mayan age. Nowadays, aromatic bitters reign supreme and spicy cocktails are found in bar programs everywhere. We’ve met the moment, bringing together ginger and allspice to create a world of piquant flavor. These rum-based bitters are at home in tiki drinks, add instant mulling spice to hot cocktails, plus elevate ginger flavor and spiciness. They’ll even hold their own against punchy ryes and smoky spirits like mezcal and scotch. When these bitters find their rightful place in a cocktail, you might feel a little cozy. Like wrapping yourself in a sweater made from Caribbean-inspired deliciousness! Pairing Ideas Rum - Brandy - Rye Whiskey Gimlet - Penicillin - Mule Add to chimichurri and spicy marinades Brand Ethos Bittercube is committed to crafting densely flavored bitters through thoughtful sourcing, meticulous production, and ongoing research. Guided by our values of innovation, equity, and transparency, we strive to create the most distinctive lineup of bitters in the world.

BittercubeEstablished 2009

Bittercube Bitters are created in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, by hand with real ingredients. No pre-made extracts or flavors (natural or artificial) are used in our slow-crafted products. Our mission is to create innovative, densely flavored bitters through thoughtful sourcing, meticulous production, and ongoing research - and to inspire elevated drinking experiences. Bittercube was founded in 2009 by two bartenders with a shared vision for what bold & balanced bitters could be. With that goal in mind, they set out to produce the most distinctive lineup of bitters in the world. Over the last decade, the company has built relationships with farmers, botanical suppliers, bartenders, and foodies across the globe, and continues to innovate with new flavors, collaborations, business lines and services. Over the years, Bittercube has been featured in the New York Times, Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food, Playboy, Imbibe Magazine, Timeout, Bon Appétit, Chicago Tribune, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, GO – AirTran Inflight Magazine, Southwest Magazine, NPR, and Daily Candy, among many other publications.
