Mama Lam's is a Mother-Daughter team producing Malaysian Curry Paste, Hot Sauce, Satay Paste, and Pandan Kaya Coconut Spread from family recipes. Our products are hand cooked and jarred in small batches in NYC, and are easy to use, flavor-packed pantry staples. We aim to serve those adventurous eaters and home cooks who have little time to cook- you can use our products to saute, marinate, or even mix with any ingredients to create quick and delicious meals. We started with our Traditional Medium Curry Paste and Traditional Hot Sauce and now have an additional four products! Our Vegan line does not have shrimp paste and we toned down the heat in our Mild curries. The Malaysian Peanut Satay Paste is a savory, aromatic, and full of crunchy peanut flavor - it's easy to use as a marinade or a dipping sauce. Our newest product is Pandan Kaya - a lightly sweet, coconutty, spreadable delicacy with a custard-like texture. Think of it as "dulce de leche’s Malaysian cousin" — rich, comforting, and versatile — but full of coconut flavor. All our products are gluten free, dairy free, and contain no artificial preservatives or colors. We're excited to introduce our products to you and your customers.
