0 Proof Background: Our blueberries are grown in Weedsport NY – on the fertile, acidic black earth lowlands of the upper Finger Lakes. We use a late variety called Jersey; long ripening fruit that produces darker phenols than short season varieties. Our grower is an old Italian wine maker who knows how to make them blueberries sing.
