Regina Nekola was born on a 200-acre farm in Iowa. Her parents were tough, independent, and driven. Her mother was a remarkable cook who taught her five kids that if they expected to eat, they needed to learn to cook. This inspired Regina's early culinary passion. After earning a business degree, she began a marketing career in Atlanta. But the call of the kitchen never left her soul. She became an ACF-Certified Culinarian, earned her ASA in Culinary Arts, and honed her skills as a pastry chef and bakery manager. In 2015, she founded REGINA'S FARM KITCHEN (RFK) in her family kitchen in Dunwoody, GA. Unbridled quality drives the hands-on process of sourcing, producing, and packaging Regina's small-batch treasures. These delectable, distinctive artisan fruit spreads are made the old-fashioned way, with only real fruit and no preservatives, artificial sweeteners, or thickeners, and with a bushel full of love sprinkled in. Though Iowa-bred, Regina has become a Southern girl at heart. What else would compel a chef to combine strawberries, blueberries, and jalapenos in a savory artisan fruit spread?
