Andy & Wendy Picton started Squatchin' Country in September of 2014. On a camping trip with friends, they were asked if they wanted to go "squatchin". It turned out that Squatchin' was going for a hike in the woods, with the goal of looking for Bigfoot and scaring the kids. After a couple of times out, we realized it was much more fun to get out with the family and keep active instead of just sitting around the campfire. So we started Squatchin' Country to promote activity and making family memories. Get up, get out and go squatchin'!
