It makes for the perfect crunch in our creamy fudge! Benefits of Full Slabs: To allow your company the opportunity to cut and serve any size piece of fudge to your customers, we sell fudge in full slab form. Each slab measures 8 x 12 x 1 inch and weighs 6 pounds. This is a neat way to market fudge from your display case and take pride in serving it to your customers. Servings: Each slab allows for 24 servings of 4 oz pieces. For your convenience, SLABS COME PRE-SCORED AS SUCH, but they may be cut to your liking. Sale Shelf Life: We make all fudge fresh to order. This provides 7-8 weeks of sale shelf life for your company. Merchandising Your Full Slabs: Your fudge is best merchandised at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Full slabs should be kept in a behind-glass display case and/or sealed for freshness.
