Description
Pure Maine maple syrup slow-infused with organic French roast coffee for a bold, rich flavor.
This bold and aromatic coffee-infused maple syrup begins with the same pure, small-batch syrup tapped from old-growth sugar maples in the remote Saint John Valley of Fort Kent, Maine. Sourced from trees rooted in rocky mountain soil and shaped by long, cold winters, the base syrup is rich and complex even before infusion. It carries a natural sweetness and depth of character that reflect the rugged beauty of Northern Maine’s wilderness. To enhance and deepen this profile, we gently bring the syrup to temperature alongside a generous measure of organic French roast coffee grounds, allowing the full-bodied richness of the coffee to steep slowly and thoroughly into the maple.
This careful infusion process preserves the syrup’s clarity while drawing out the roasted, aromatic qualities of the beans. The result is a syrup with a strong, balanced flavor. Notes of dark roast coffee blend seamlessly with the warm, caramelized sweetness of maple to create a finish that is rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying. Whether poured over pancakes or waffles, added to your favorite cocktail, or drizzled onto ice cream, this coffee-infused maple syrup offers a bold new way to enjoy two classic flavors in one handcrafted bottle.

Northern Reach MapleEstablished 2025
We are a small family operation located in Fort Kent, Maine. We started hobby-sized syrup production in the spring of 2018 growing each year until 2024 when we reached around 400-500 taps and decided to sell the syrup publicly. In 2024 we began the installation of our tubing infrastructure and arranging the sugarhouse to deliver from our 2025 season. While we now have a few more tapped trees under management, and the equipment we use is a little more complicated and specialized, we take care and pride in harvesting and transforming every bit of that golden goodness that goes into our bottles.
