Tiny Fish was inspired by my time cooking in the Basque region of Spain. Tinned fish, or as I like to call it ‘fancy fish in a can’, isn’t just food there - it’s a whole culture. I’ve created a product that truly captures what I do as a chef in a restaurant– to source the freshest fish as locally as possible, to curate flavors that get consumers excited and curious, and to cook foods that nourish and promote the responsible use of our ocean's resources. These not-so-average tins of fish are meant for the casual snacker or adventurous foodie alike. Enjoy!
