Description
The Messino balsamic vinegar that has matured for at least 6 months in tanks, is upgraded and harmoniously combined with Greek flower honey and the well-known Messino honey balsamic vinegar is created. This award-winning recipe, which is a sweet variation on the classic Messino Balsamic flavor, stands out for its thicker texture, rich aroma, balanced sweet and sour taste and caramel color. No sugars are added at all, but its sweet taste comes from the natural fermentation of the must and of course the honey. Recommended for exuberant dishes with a rich taste and lovers of intense, sweet flavors.
COMBINE IT:
Balsamic with honey is ideal for any salad and is a ready-made solution for garnishing salads with leafy vegetables, broccoli or beetroot. Balance flavorful hard cheeses such as talagani, halloumi or kefalotiri, or create flavorful dips for a cheese and charcuterie platter.
