Straight from the hive taste, without the sting. This is a piece of hand cut honey comb form my hives in Southern Minnesota. I take the honeycomb out of the hives, cut it into pieces, package them, and freeze them. That way the honeycomb stays super fresh, just like the bees made it. The main nectar source in my area is sweet clover and basswood/linden. Both nectar sources create a very light colored honey. (See Photos) There is a natural variance in the thickness of the comb. This is a natural product created by the bees so I cannot control some things. NetWt. 5-7 oz Honeycomb is 100% edible and a very awesome addition to any grazing table or charcuterie board.
