Curious, I dove into the research and discovered hydrogen’s powerful health benefits, from reducing inflammation to supporting brain health. I began experimenting with a clean, hydrogen-infused drink that I could use daily. As a youth soccer coach, I gave it to my players instead of sugary sports drinks—and they loved it. Seeing how it helped them recover and stay sharp made me realize this wasn’t just about physical health—it was about mental wellness too. I founded Triumph to offer a better way to hydrate and recover, and to support those battling mental health challenges. Every drink we sell gives back to that mission.
