Cassie Menchhofer began creating healthy meal starters such as soup mixes, pancakes mixes, and spice blends in 2011 under the Ohio Cottage Food Law. After finding success at local events and farmers markets, Cassie and her husband, Curt, decided to build a licensed facility on their homestead in rural Ohio. Products can now be found in homes, stores and gift baskets all over the USA! Cassie prides herself on the high-quality ingredients and family-friendly recipes that she packages herself or with the help of her husband. If she wouldn't feed it to her family, she most certainly won't feed it to yours!
