(1/2) stick of softened butter. Chill mixture until firm. Shape into a ball and enjoy May use low fat cream cheese and omit the butter. This will not set up as firmly but makes a delicious spread. Serve with graham cracker sticks, ginger snaps, shortbread cookies, fruit or a bagel. FRUIT DIP Combine with 8oz. softened cream cheese. Blend well. Fold in 7 oz. marshmallow crème. Chill 2 hours and serve with fresh fruit.
