A Culinary Gem from Puglia Our Italian Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a true culinary treasure and is bold, fresh, and elegantly complex. This oil is crafted from the finest Frantoio olives, celebrated for their bright, herbaceous character and exceptional balance. Its perfect harmony of fruity green notes, mild bitterness, and persistent pungency brings a fresh vibrancy to any dish, making it an indispensable staple in every kitchen. Tasting Notes: True to the Frantoio variety, this EVOO bursts with aromas of green almond, fresh-cut grass, green apple, and green herbs. Its flavor profile is lively and dynamic, offering an intensely herbaceous taste with a delightful aftertaste of wild ruchetta (arugula). The finish is pleasantly persistent, featuring hints of chili pepper and black pepper that enhance its clean, grassy, and floral notes. Exceptional Quality, Meticulously Sourced: At Seasons, we are dedicated to sourcing only the most outstanding extra virgin olive oils. Each selection undergoes rigorous professional tastings and analyses to ensure exceptional flavor and purity. Our team of experts travels the globe, visiting estates, scrutinizing production techniques, and tasting oils from each harvest to curate our exclusive collection. Sustainability at the Core: We are committed to valorizing native cultivars, nurturing new olive groves and centuries-old trees over 230 years old. Our sustainable practices include: Low-impact agricultural techniques to protect the environment. Precision irrigation since the mid-90s, including capillary sub-irrigation, reduces water consumption by up to 60% compared to traditional methods. These efforts guarantee the highest quality EVOO and ensure a healthier, more sustainable product for our customers and the planet. Award-Winning Excellence: This Italian Frantoio has consistently earned gold medals at prestigious competitions, a testament to its superior quality and taste. Perfect Pairings: Drizzle over gem lettuce to enhance delicate seafood flavors or add a bright, fresh touch to poultry dishes. Its vibrant, herbaceous profile makes it an excellent finishing oil for grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses, and artisan bread. Elevate your culinary creations with the bold, healthful essence of our Italian Frantoio Extra Virgin Olive Oil—a true celebration of Puglia's rich olive oil heritage and sustainable excellence.
