For the first time, Grain de Sail brings its delicious chocolate bars to the USA! These unique recipes are the outcome of a virtuous project that combines French craftmanship and sustainable innovation. The company owns and charters a modern commercial sailboat to transport the raw ingredients sourced directly from organic farms in the Dominican Republic and Peru, back to France. The chocolate bars are produced in France, and then sailed to US to completely offset the carbon emissions on transportation. In addition, Grain de Sail is proud to remain privately owned, and to define a strategy that places the planet and society at the same level as profitability, to create a project that is truly regenerative.
