Cellar Door PreservesEstablished 2016

Cellar Door Preserves was founded in 2016 by Zenobia Taylor-Weiss out of a desire to celebrate the incredible fruit that is grown along the "fruit ridge" on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. To that end Cellar Door Preserves uses fruit grown by small to medium sized farms. All Cellar Door preserves are lovingly made in small batches in a little urban kitchen - making small batches heightens flavor intensity and reduces the need for excess sugar. On top of that all products are gluten free, vegan, soy free, added pectin free, and contain no high fructose corn syrup - just real ingredients. In 2018 Cellar Door introduced our line of cocktail accoutrements, including several varieties of cocktail cherries, cocktail blueberries, infused sugar cubes, and dried citrus Garnishes, all made in small batches with the same attention to detail that we give our jam.
