Founder Luke Tolley, a PhD chemist and lifelong chocolate maker, set out to solve a common problem: protein bars that never get finished. After years of experimentation, he developed a light, fluffy, protein bar coated in 100% real chocolate that people actually enjoy to the last bite. When Jason and Meradith Christensen tried the bar, they saw its potential immediately and partnered with Luke to bring it to more people. Today, Blue Unicorn is built on a simple mission—create high-protein, low-sugar, allergen-friendly snacks that taste as good as they perform, and make them accessible to more customers in more places.
