Ethos started in apartment in San Diego, mixing basic minerals with real fruit because every electrolyte we tried was either too sweet, full of fillers, or made with “natural flavors”. We're active in the gym and heavy into clean wellness. We wanted some type of recovery that was focused on the basics of an electrolyte. We didn't want to be drinking some overly sweet mixture that was prioritizing 'natural flavors + fake sugars' instead of the real essence of an electrolyte - salt potassium and magnesium. Ethos is built around Baja sea salt for its naturally high amounts of trace minerals and lower sodium, paired with organic ingredients your body actually knows what to do with. No masking taste with 'natural' flavors. No fillers. No sugar alcohols. Just clean, everyday hydration that tastes pure and feels even better. What started as a kitchen experiment turned into a daily ritual - and now, a brand. Still clean. Still simple. Still made with intention.
