Mixly was founded by a group of friends that share a passion for making great cocktails (or mocktails) and bringing together our favorite people to share them with. There is nothing that brings people together like a great tasting drink, and creating togetherness is what Mixly is all about. We all love to host and we were sick of having to squeeze fresh juices and make complicated simple syrups in preparation for happy hour. Once friends had arrived, we found ourselves spending more time behind our home bars than spending quality time with the people we love. We turned to the mixer aisle to see if there was anything there to help speed up the cocktail making process, but what we found left us all uninspired. We were shocked by the lack of creativity in flavor, the ingredient lists full of artificial junk and tons of sugar, and the lack of options catered toward people who choose not to drink. This experience moved us to create something special. We wanted to create a mixer with bright, bold and trend-forward flavors inspired by the craft cocktail scene. We pledged to use only clean, fresh ingredients that taste refreshing with every sip. And more importantly, we wanted our mixer to make a variety of drinks so that everyone could feel included, no matter what spirits they drink, or don’t. What we created is more than mixer.
