Hello, hello, hello! I’m Michelle, the founder of Lovely Day Coffee. My journey with coffee began in college, keeping me awake during packed schedules, a busy New York City lifestyle, and now as a mom, by drinking gallons of iced coffee and cold brew. As I explored making coffee at home and visiting local shops, I realized that coffee often came from a serious, singular perspective and lacked a fresh point of view. Lovely Day Coffee was created to bring fun into the coffee experience while making sustainability cool. Our coffee is sourced from women-owned lots and is small-batch, electric roasted to reduce carbon emissions compared to traditional gas roasting. With specialty, single-origin beans in fun packaging that’s never bitter or boring, every day can start as a Lovely Day.
