Notes of milk chocolate, red apple, and dried fruit over a clean, light body — Costa Rican craftsmanship at its best. On the name Every Milkweed coffee is named for a butterfly that depends on milkweed to live. The Soldier (Danaus eresimus) is one of them — a close cousin of the monarch that ranges through Central America, including the Costa Rican highlands this coffee comes from. Warm-toned and steady on the wing, it was the right name for our sweetest, most even-keeled cup.
