Description
Chickpeas, or Ceci in Italian, are a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Simple, yet flavorful, they can be used in many ways. We marinated our chickpeas in extra virgin olive oil, fresh chopped garlic and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for a light but flavorful condiment.
