Like most great products, the lemon caper was born out of my desire and need for a delicious salad dressing only make with whole food ingredients and extra virgin olive oil. I created the lemon caper to be a briny, caper, lemon forward dressing that is just as good on your salad as it is as a marinade for fish, a sauce for chicken piccata, or a spoonful over roasted vegetables. It's the dressing I always wished was on the shelf: no sugar, gums, preservatives, or fillers, and 100% mouth-watering, gluten-free and vegan. Nour is short for nourishment, and that's what I hope this little bottle inspires, one good meal at a time.
