Description
Messino organic vinegar is made exclusively from white organic Peloponnese wine varieties. The organic wine we supply as raw material is made from grapes that have been produced without the use of artificial or synthetic chemicals, such as herbicides and pesticides. Messino’s organic vinegar has been certified by the DIO organization, and the certification is renewed annually. It is characterized by an intense and deep aroma, moderate to intense acidity and a raw, acrid aftertaste.
Messino organic vinegar can replace conventional vinegar in every dish or use and reap increased benefits for our health. It has proven antimicrobial and antioxidant activity, while also helping to reduce cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular diseases.
It is recommended as a basic material in marinades as its properties soften the meat or fish and allow them to absorb the flavor to the maximum extent. In addition, with the organic Messino vinegar you can replace wine when extinguishing food. Of course, it is used as a base for dressings or vinaigrettes and offers flavor and aroma to every salad, without requiring the addition of salt.

OilladiEstablished 2014
Oilladi's mission: Connect old and new worlds together through delicious, traditional Greek foods. Extra virgin olive oil from trees that are sometimes hundreds of years old, owned by the same families for generations, honey from thyme flowers that grow wild on unoccupied islands in the Aegean, balsamic vinegars made with grape must obtained from the most renowned vineyards in the Peloponnese and more. Sustainable practices and traceability are top priorities as is the artisanal, hand-crafted nature of our products.
