Since 1993, our family has found a home in the Santa Ynez Valley, a place where nature’s rhythms shape life and meals alike. Driven by a love of the land and shared tables with friends and family, we launched Erah of Inez in 2022 to share that feeling with others. It's not only a celebration of the olive groves on our family's farm but an opportunity to invite others to slow down, cook, and connect. Our olive oils are made exclusively with olives grown and pressed on our family's small certified organic farm. We grow Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki olives and harvest them early in the season, while still green, to preserve freshness, depth, and character. The fruit is milled on-site within hours of being picked, producing an oil that is as fresh, grassy and vibrant as the land they come from. From our everyday Single Estate Blend to the limited Ultra Premium Blend and the fleeting intensity of Olio Nuovo, each bottle reflects a specific moment in the season — meant to be used generously and enjoyed in the kitchen and at the table with loved ones.
