Toronto's Caplansky's Deli is famous for our house-made, hand sliced smoked meat. Everything we make is either a time honoured Caplansky family recipe or one of Zane Caplansky's team's creation. From Day One we've made our own mustard in-house. In 2019 we began jarring and offering our four stone-milled deli mustards for sale in fine food shops. Now in over 600 retail locations, we still make them by hand, in small batches. This is a specialty item, made with care for people who only want the best. We realise our mustards aren't for everyone but we're happy to know there are lots of people who seek us out. Maybe they ate from our food truck or in one of our 4 locations. Maybe they saw us on Dragons' Den or Diners Drive-Ins and Dives. Or maybe they just know a great mustard when they taste it. Order six jars of all four flavours to make two cases of 24 jars total. We'll even throw in one of our merchandisers with a Variety Pack inside for sampling with staff and customers.
