Gnocchetti Sardi 500g/per pack– Bronze-Cut Artisan Pasta from Abruzzo Also known as malloreddus, Gnocchetti Sardi is a traditional Sardinian shape with a ridged, shell-like form that’s perfect for holding hearty sauces. It's ideal for rustic ragù, sausage and fennel, or creamy vegetable pairings. Made by Pastificio Masciarelli, a fifth-generation pasta maker in Abruzzo (est. 1867), our Gnocchetti Sardi is made the old-world way: Bronze-cut with handmade dies for a rough, sauce-catching surface Slow-dried at low temperatures to preserve integrity and deepen flavor Crafted from 100% high-protein durum wheat and pure spring water from Majella National Park Each batch is small, handled by eye and feel, and packed with tradition. The result? A textured, toothsome pasta that elevates classic dishes and adds depth to modern menus.

Marcelli FormaggiEstablished 2007

Marcelli Formaggi is a family- owned importer of rare and exceptional foods from the heart of Abruzzo, Italy- one of the country's most pristine and agriculturally rich regions. We work directly with small producers and our own family's farm, La Porta dei Parchi, to offer products that are deeply tied to place, tradition and quality. Our lineup includes award-winning raw milk cheeses made from the milk of our own sheep and goats, raised in the high Gran Sasso National Parks, as well as bronze-cut pasta, raw mountain honey, robust finishing olive oils and truly incredible gluten free pastas. Everything we source is small- batch, seasonal, and hard to find anywhere else- chosen not just for taste but for story and integrity. Whether you're curating a retail shelf or designing a standout menu, Marcelli Formaggi brings the soul of rural Italy directly to you.
