Our name honors my great-grandmother, Eva “Evie” Fields, whose love for cooking began with simple, fresh ingredients from her backyard garden. At Evie Olive Oil, we carry her legacy forward — making sure our food system stays as fresh and honest as hers once was. We proudly donate 1% of every bottle to support sustainable farming for future generations.
