My hot sauce journey started shortly after moving from NW Ohio to SW Florida. Homesick and heartbroken, I started growing peppers. Living where we moved, it was like residing in a huge greenhouse, very hot and muggy! Peppers love that weather — people, not so much. One thing led to another and after seven long years of trial and error I had a Halleluiah chorus moment, and our Original Hot Sauce was born. I needed a clever name, so I relied on my Irish roots. Soon, other products followed and now we are proud to carry twenty differing unique flavor profiles that other brands try to replicate. Angry Irishman LLC is known for our original spin on "traditional" sauces by not following the salty/vinegary flavor profile that most other brands have. "What do the Irish know about hot sauces?
