Since 2012, our team has crafted premium Scottish-style shortbread using wholesome and natural ingredients. Debra started the company in 2012 to share her mother's shortbread recipe. Soon after, Hannah joined her mother and together they grew the company from a house-based bakery that sold to a few co-ops to a nationwide company present in (almost) every state ! The commitment towards exceptional texture, rich and memorable flavors, wholesome and natural ingredients guide our every decision. That's why our shortbread delivers the best melt-in-your-mouth bite with a delicate snap. We source only premium, natural ingredients sourced locally whenever possible (our two main ingredients are King Arthur Flour and Cabot Butter, both based in New England) that adhere to non-GMO practices. Baked in the Green Mountains of Vermont, our shortbread is a standout addition to shelves seeking quality and true indulgence.
