Glasrose is a zero-proof effervescent verjus. It is made from the juice of organic early-picked grapes, blended with citrus, botanicals and florals. Glasrose launched in October 2025 with two iterations: Elderflower/Yuzu and Hibiscus/Blood Orange. Naturally non-alcoholic, Glasrose offers a refined alternative to sparkling wine - bright, crisp and delicately complex. Sara Hershkowitz and Max Hoetzel are the founders of Glasrose. The American opera singer and German-born wine maker are raising their daughter on an organic vineyard filled with oaks and a herd of grazing sheep. In 2025, the couple started formulating a unique non alcoholic beverage made from verjus and botanicals. With Glasrose, they have created an innovative zero-proof drink, reflecting their love and connection to the land that sustains them.
